We all want to enjoy life’s activities, and that generally expresses itself in people as a relaxed and friendly personality. Many factors in modern lifestyles reduce the body’s performance, which consequently affects the performance of the mind. These two faculties of the soul can be improved; such that we experience ease of movement and smoothness of memory and intellectual growth. Waking up to our lives, we have the chance to make meaningful relationships and transcend suffering and bigotry.
