According to a 511 page book called Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, our bodies are physically unfit for primitive lifestyles under the modernized foods of commerce. Many processed foods are devoid of crucial body-building and body-maintaining materials because of the detrimental effect such processing has on them. More so, the consumption of processed foods had developed a large scale epidemic of degenerative diseases at the onset of the 20th century. One man took it upon himself to investigate and uncover the truth underlying this growing and worrisome phenomenon. He found out that these degenerative diseases appear worldwide and that there is a very significant pattern and a common culprit to them.
The author of the book Dr. Weston A. Price, a dentist, was concerned for the increasing incidence in tooth decay and dental arch deformities in the United States of America. His concern took him so far as to investigate different cultures around the world through common scientific methods. For that task he needed a control group; which had been reported having a very high immunity to tooth decay and no record of physical degeneration within their racial stock.
Dr. Price spent the 1930s traveling to 14 different cultures on 5 different continents. Dr. Price had examined the teeth of hundreds of primitive tribal men, women, and children who subsisted on their primitive diets. These diets were typically fresh, local, and seasonal food that the unique climate, geographical location, and land conditions could permit. Then Dr. Price visited and documented extensively the physical degeneration of many primitive groups who had begun the process of modernization, as well as groups within that same racial stock who had been converted entirely on subsisting on modern food. In many cases, these modernized men and women gave birth to children who had shown marked physical deformities in facial development, teeth, and body shape.
The aspect of diet, what to eat or what not to eat, was largely discussed in this book. However, instead of focusing on the nature of the modernized foods, it was clearly demonstrated what factors within the primitive groups had greatly maintained their excellent physiques, even to very late ages.
It is repeatedly demonstrated through photographs of smiling teeth and x-ray shots the excellent condition of the primitive racial stocks compared to the modernized groups. The Swiss in the Alps, the Gaelics in the Hebrides, the Aborigines in Australia, the Masai warrior tribe in Africa, the Eskimos in Canada, and the Indians in Peru are a handful of the cultures that had been investigated and reported in the book.
In each case, as if we can finally recognize nature’s pattern, we see that the primitive groups had nearly 100% immunity to all physical degenerations and a very low incidence of tooth decay.
On the other hand, wherever roads, railways, or ports allowed access to imported goods from the modernized world, we see that the people exchanging their nutritionally wealthy foods for the white man‘s white bread, sugar, jams, and canned foods suffer greatly from the impact of the mineral and vitamin deficient food. It appears that the white man developed a mentality of providing only energy-and-heat generating food for its civilization, while the primitive races had maintained a close relationship with the body-building and body-repairing minerals and vitamins.
Civilizations tend to fall as a consequence of physical degeneration. It is the soil that gives out first, as soon as farm land becomes exhausted from mineral depletion. But why would that happen? It can only happen in a system which supports exporting the minerals from the land without replenishing it properly. Only in a system that is able to return the minerals back to the land would be able to nourish the plants; a system which the primitives were well aware of and ingrained within their way of life.
All animals, including man, inherits the pattern and composition of minerals that was available for the plant. If the land has degenerated man will too. Such has been observed in large populations prior to World War 2, and such can be observed by photographs documented by Dr. Price of entire herds of cows that degenerated due to mineral and vitamin deficiencies.
Due to a growing concern in the increasing sterility in modernized populations and increased incidence of birth defects and loss of child at birth, the urge to investigate the reasons for this phenomenon had propelled many scientists to search for the factors involved in the malfunction in nature’ design. The book elucidates many of the factors that had inflicted primitive groups undergoing the process of modernization. The consequences are not limited to physical degeneration alone, but also include impaired brain development, which has been associated with the rising incidence in criminal behaviors as well as learning disabilities.
Could food and the state of the soil it had come from have an impact on physical development and performance?
Has this crucial knowledge and wisdom presented in the book’s message propel society to incorporate nutritional guidelines?
How important is it for the parents to plan ahead the bearing of a child into the world?
And how did primitive groups succeed in developing a next generation that carried perfect physical, mental, behavioral and spiritual capacities?
There are many questions answered within the book. We have much to thank Dr. Price for his contribution to humanity by providing us with a comprehensive look into the effects of modernized processed foods. It is unfortunate that many people misinterpret his main messages, let alone ignore the stark evidence of physical degeneration due to poor quality of food.

Study at the pace of your evolution.
Life began in the sea, and as such, all living things contain water and function in an aqueous space. It is possible to observe an internal ocean within the cell and an external ocean encompassing the cell. Water’s simple molecule – two hydrogens bonded to an oxygen – provides the space and plain for the molecular and biological world to move around and to carry out their life functions. Digestive enzymes cannot reach and carry out the mining of the raw materials without an aqueous space, which provides them the room to maneuver in order to transport nutrients to the absorption cells. Furthermore, the bloodstream is 90% water, because water makes it possible for nutrients to drift on the River of Life and to hydrate any dehydrated cells, while stripping the waste and transport it to the liver.

The following is an argument presented based upon research and investigations into diet, physiology and human history. This article will allow you to piece some things together and develop your own opinion.
Basically, there is a huge difference between traditional methods of processing grains, which yield our breads, pastas and pastries, and conventional (and more recent) method of processing.
Traditionally, Man understood how nature operatedand would pass that wisdom down the line. The wisdom of soaking nuts, seeds, grains and legumes goes back thousands of years, and rightfully too. Our ancestors, who left their paleolithic lifestyle and settled down in farms to seasonally plow the soil, had recognized that these sources of nourishment had protective mechanisms, designed to ensure the survival of the pod until such conditions that favored germination arrived.
Toxins and digestive inhibitors are part of this protective mechanism all grains have, and soaking them will present the seed the proper conditions for germination and eventual sprouting of the seed.
Another method, traditionally used and partially forgotten by the public is fermentation. In my article, The Difference between Internal and External Fermentation, I presented an argument as to why traditionally leavened sourdough would be more nourishing than conventional leavened sourdough and how the non-fermented breads are so prevalent in western society today.
In the last century, science has offered an opportunity for Man to experiment with its food. We’ve seen it with GMO’s and Processed Foods, however, the aspect of fermentation is not taught at school to a degree of explaining why our ancestors leavened their bread.
The method used today is largely void of the fermentation process. In the case of commercial sourdough, the yeast used for the fermentation had been carefully studied and selected, because of its capacity to rip apart gluten in 40 minutes. Since time is money, for profits sake, it made sense for the mainstream industry to shorten the fermentation process, but the end-product – the sourdough – was nothing like the traditional one, which takes well over 24 hours to prepare.
Do remember this crucial part, as we will return to this later – When a seed is dormant, all its nourishment is stored in storage units, which is what Gluten is (a storage unit), and germination springs to life thousands of enzymes who begin breaking apart the storage units in order to use the materials for root and stem growth.
Gluten itself has been accused for causing damage to the gut, which is not far from the truth, but as always, there is something more to be said that contributes to a large picture.
Gluten consists of two parts – Gliadin and Glutenins. In Wheat, Gliadin is the name for the storage unit, while other grains have different names for the similar storage unit (such as barley (hordein), rye (secalin), corn (zein)).
Apparently, these storage units are very tough to break apart by our digestive enzymes, and because of that the gluten may be only partially broken apart into a 7-amino acid peptide with opiate effects. You heard that right, a small protein-like complex that activates and stimulates opium receptors in the brain. You can learn more about that in my short article – Foods that Numb your Brain.
The following is an illustration I had made a couple of years ago, depicting the gut-blood barrier in the lining of the small intestine. Probiotic bacteria are depicted in green, creating a nice barrier between the cells and the lumen (intestinal space), and on the right an inflamed area caused by abnormal bacteria (pathogenic), who produce a gap between the filtration cells of the gut-blood barrier. This gap allows partially digested materials to seep into the blood, unregulated, since all products that pass through this barrier require complete disassembly, otherwise they are too large to cross.
Does this Gluten protein begin to fascinate you? It dawned on me that gluten was not the initial cause for gut and digestion abnormalities, as well as psychological due to the opiate trigger, although it is found to correlate. It is actually our gut barrier that is deficient in water and is subjected to a grain-rich diet.
Although I gave enough information regarding gluten’s effect, I did not explain the reason for the phenomena depicted in the illustration.
Our food come with bacteria on them.
People who cook their food, kill the bacteria.
A processed food is any alteration to the composition of the original food.
If you were to eat grains that have not been processed externally by biological intelligences, so that they break down matter and recycle its building blocks for parts in their own creation out in an aqueous environment, these bacteria will instead proliferate internally, in order to recycle the food for parts but in a constricted and frequently dry space. Then those bacteria cause inflammation to the gut lining in the absence of hydration.
All food in nature comes hydrated. Food meaning; fruits, vegetables, raw fish and wild game. Those that do not come hydrated, are not alive. Alive is a definition you give to something that has activity, such as enzyme action, therefore, grains cannot be alive nor hydrating. And as such, upon consumption of a dry food, you will draw water from the closest source in order to hydrate the materials, and as long as you neglect to supply adequate water, the gastrointestinal tract will use what it can from the reserves of the body at the expense of other organs.
The lack of hydration of foods like grains and its processed forms, is because the storage unit within the grain has tremendous water binding capabilities and effects.
Agglutinin is define;
An agglutinin is a substance that causes particles to coagulate to form a thickened mass . Agglutinins can be antibodies that cause antigens to aggregate by binding to the antigen-binding sites of antibodies. Agglutinins can also be any substance other than antibodies such as sugar-binding protein lectins. [Wikipedia]
It has been already established that Gluten has water binding effects, as Gluten has been singled out as the chief ingredient in wheat to cause the texture of dough upon addition of water to flour. Moreover, flours and starches are frequently added to soups in order to thicken its consistency.
This knowledge and science isn’t new. But the dryness of your gut is evidently correlated with increased heat pressures in the central cooling system of the stomach area (the trunk of body).
Water has a cooling property when it flows. The gut system is a piping line that can also overheat, due to the heat produced by bacteria composting materials. The addition of water in a meal allows the presence of water to fill up the space and evenly occupy it with the food particles. The movement of bacteria and enzymes, such as digestive enzymes, is accomplished largely by water channels and aqueous environments.
The aqueous environment of the gut piping can be sufficient enough to permit the mining of food particles, or it can be too dry, and then the mining teams have less maneuverability and consequently less nutrient digestion and availability.
Gluten is a strong enough binder, that you can also mix it with milk and it turns out a strong and luxurious glue, you could then use for sticking things together. I’ve see kids eating it too.
It is sufficient enough to infer that there is a correlation between gluten, its binding forces to water, and the dehydration of the gastrointestinal tract.
Based on my personal experience and the paradigm shift I went through as I was reading Dr. Batmanghelidj’s book “Your body’s Many Cries for Water“; it seems that water is the most natural and efficient laxative there is. The implications of this discovery, and understanding it, is that you may have simply been dehydrated all along, with a little help from gluten’s gluing abilities, and all it takes is to dilute the piping system with mineral water.
Though, constipation isn’t necessarily only contributed by gluten. Many popular dehydrating substances are ingested on their own, without sufficient water intake throughout the day, and as the body attempts to eliminate them, they pile up on the transitioning stool and develop a dehydrated consistency.
Even the assumption that drinking a can of soda, which has water in it, would hydrate you, is incorrect and misunderstood. The water comes with dehydrating agents – sugars, caffeine etc. – and the brain detects the nature of the substance and prepares the gastrointestinal tract for the substances arrival. Water is simply the carrier of that substance.
According to Dr. Batmanghelidj, our thirst signals are repeatedly being quenched by large volumes of food. Apparently, thirst and hunger signals are similar, and instead of reaching for the glass of water, we go for food and a soft or hard drink.
When water is drunk on its own, it bypasses the stomach directly into the small intestines, as the brain detects the purity of the substance and knows that no digestion is required, but rather allow the inflow to go directly to hydrating and cooling the piping system.
Conclusively, gluten is produced by nature to be a compacted building block stored tightly in the tiny seed, and upon springing the seed to life, that seed requires enough water to allow the plant enzymes to keep tapping into that storage unit. The lack of water inside our body upon receiving undigested gluten results in the redirection of water reserves to the digestion site, so that the body can prevent total coagulation and dryness of that section, as well as dilute food density in order for water to facilitate movement and accessibility to substances.
I don’t want to shun gluten, nor am I asking you to. The Gluten-Free trend is based on some truth, but not enough people spend enough time comprehending Gluten’s basic dehydrating nature and recognizing the importance of water for diet health.
Gluten’s impact on human physiology is unavoidable. Ten-Thousand years ago, when mankind began plowing the land and growing mono-crops, they must have identified a correlation between heavy grain consumption and increased dehydration of the body. Methods to pre-digest gluten, such as fermentation to create sourdough or germination in order to sprout the grain, had to be discovered in the process of negating the appearance of side-effects.
It’s been only about 100-150 years since commercialized society decided to ignore traditional wisdom, but diseases and suffering always lend a helping hand for Man to return to more harmonious ways of life and living.

This article is a sequel to the article – Accessing Nourishment through Altered States of Consciousness – Part 1. This article presents an argument, based upon scientific knowledge and experience, on the side-effects which manifest as one progresses from an Alpha brainwave to a Theta brainwave.
Where does the feeling of deep nourishment come from? We do not experience deep nourishment from every single meal we have, nor from every single conversation we partake in on our daily journey from sunrise to sunset. How come are we never truly satisfied from a single meal for the entire rest of the day?
There are reasons for every experience, as there is a cause to every effect, as well as an effect to every cause.
Accessing Alpha brain waves seem to tickle the satiety within our spirit. Our seemingly incessant drive for possession, accumulation and consumption leads to only one outcome: signals for the industry to produce more in order to curb that satiety. It is when we begin questioning the repercussions of our actions and promising ourselves that we will adhere to this new behavior, which will support ourselves and our environment, that we feel nourished deeply.
You can infer from that, that the more I think about others and do for the planet and mankind, the more I feel fulfilled. Therefore, would spiritual fulfillment equal physiological nourishment? Let’s explore that more.
Based upon the science presented in PART 1 of this series, our brain is a generator of electromagnetic waves in a rhythmic oscillation reflective of the mode we are operating in. If we are running on a fast pace lifestyle, where we work for a living, concerned for paying our bills, juggling more than one project at a time and caught in domestic partnership conflicts, we are certainly oscillating in the wavelength of the Beta field – where everything is chaotic and we may experience fear and anxiety daily.
When we slow down, soak in the scene, engage with our five senses and appreciate the fresh air, our brainwaves slow down to a rate that is reflective of the mode we are operating in. The Alpha field is described as the mode in which one discovers the Zen of Life – where the present moment is pleasant and soothing in its gorgeous colors and shapes, that thought is easily present rather than scattered to and fro.
In the online Self Mastery University, Evolved Ministry, I had the opportunity to deeply study the ego. Apparently, we all got one, and the more we understand how it may operate against us, the better we are then able to develop strategies to enforce our benevolent will that naturally exists within us.
According to my studies, the Ego is an engine that operates as soon as you take a back seat in the progression of your life. The ego is an engine in a sense that it executes commands and instructions in a sort of loop. You, the real you, who is the genuine self, is consciously, though maybe ignorantly programming the ego, word by word, and the ego simply loops your thought preferences and tendencies throughout the tangible day.
There are tons of mind-washing channels one can tune into; such as the opinion of the news, as well as music and ads, that say something you may find funny or tragic, and it will cause you to form your own opinion and belief. This is not limited to those channels, but can include religious dogmas and peer pressure in a social gathering, as well as your faithful loyalty to the merit behind your teacher or parent’ words.
Your resonance with that message is your agreement with it, and your enforcement of that message through sharing it with others, such as the sharing of a conspiracy theory (that you may not be involved in first hand), invites and allows the ego to take your thoughts as preferences and to implement them as new behaviors, such that it becomes a habit over a time.
Habits and behaviors are fruits of seeds that had never been rejected by the conscious driver. The ultimate purpose of the seeds, which are your thoughts, is to experience their nature to their fullest potential, as long as you allow them to run their course.
For instance, if you resonate with the thought “Breath is nourishing” and form an opinion that this is possible, even though you have never sustained yourself on breath alone, that thought will dictate future decisions and urges, since your ego will refresh it in your mind whenever you come across a crossroad and in need to make up your mind on where to go.
No one stands more in your way to accomplishment than your own ego. Spending time understanding the ego benefits anyone who wishes to self develop and reach higher levels of focus.
In the case of meditation and brainwave oscillation, a person who has no understanding of how the ego operates and desires results from the effort they are placing in doing a technique, may end up scratching only the surface of what a meditation can provide. That person may well be frustrated and impatient, all interferences by the ego, and declare meditation as a waste of time. On the other hand, one who properly studies and applies techniques that calm the mind and prepare it for meditation, will naturally transition into a theta field and experience its benefits.
That said, when dealing with Theta brainwaves, one slips out of ordinary reality, to a resonance state of oscillation, that expresses itself as a conscious synchronicity between your desires and the quick cooperation of your surroundings.
De-evolved Man experiences theta brain waves typically only in sleep, while Shamans, Yogis or any practitioner, who is masterful enough to willingly enter and exit such states, experiences it on demand, through techniques that slow the rate of thought passing through the body. Maybe that is why De-evolved Man cannot recall his dreams, as the rate of thought he operates at is too chaotic, while masterful practitioners can willfully decrease the rate of thought in order to be present enough to experience and remember the astral-dream-state and the enormous data from a single frame.
Theta brainwaves oscillate at between 4-7hz . A person, who doesn’t access theta brainwaves consciously, while awake, will experience himself blacking out and falling asleep when his brain is tuned to that wavelength by an external stimuli. It may still be unclear as to why one, who doesn’t bath wakefully in theta brainwaves, loses his consciousness when undergoing an energy healing session or listening to a theta brainwave track for the first time. Though, maybe this article will guide you to develop your opinion on that matter.
I have observed that when I begin oscillating at a theta brainwave, which can be felt once one trains to recognize the state, my touch or interaction with another person’s body or auric field, can produce a resonance between my body and the client’s body. This can be called harmonization between two people – or entrainment.
The process and result of a Brainwave Entrainment is best described in the story of the origin of the word Entrainment.
In the 1700’s, a clock builder had noticed a strange phenomenon. The pendulums of all his grandfather clocks were swinging in complete synchronization. If he would disturb them all, a few hours later he observed the clocks return to the same state of synchronization.
But what dictated the rhythm and whom did all the clocks follow?
This phenomena was elucidated decades later. All the smaller clocks were syncing with the largest clock. This universal phenomena is also produced in biology. All the cells beat in sync with the largest oscillator in the body – the heart.
Would you deduce, that the out-of-sync state, which many beta field oscillators experience, can produce mental and psychological disorders?
One must be a blueprint and example of health in order to facilitate health in another. As a facilitator of a theta brainwave, and the receptibility of the client, who is waiting motionlessly for my work to be done, I am granted access to tune the person’s body-wide oscillation and match it with my own. Simply, I entrain them.
Due to beta oscillators fast rate of thought, when the oscillation is changed without the person’s conscious participation, as well as the person’s lower capabilities of functioning in slower thought rates, the individual fades uncontrollably into a deep trance, where a portion of their presence is diminished from the body in order for the body to rest from the stress of the mind and be refreshed and nourished.
We all recognize the impact of sleep on the state of our mental well-being and our physiology. However, the assumption, that we hook into the theta field only through sleep and an unconscious state in order to receive that nourishment, is dogmatized and indoctrinated into uneducated man and woman in modern society, and it is perpetuated in the world-view of a person who hasn’t discovered and established the benefits from meditation and stilling the mind.
In her book, Divine Nutrition, Jasmuheen had to say this about the Theta field:
“The Theta field brings co-incidences that no longer seem to be random and time spent here attracts events filled with symbolism and deep, meaningful possibilities for it is a field of infinitely creative potential, a field of Grace, true nourishment and love. This is the field through which all Holiness and true messengers come. This is the zone from which all the Holy books were born.” [Page 34]
The beginner, who spends time in meditation, may experience peak moments in theta brainwave dominance within specific cortical structures within the brain. These glimpses and spontaneous activations are short lived and easily broken, due to lack of practice, experience and discipline.
Such discipline is found within a community of Self Mastery Practitioners. Such as practitioners trained in an ashram, under the guidance of a guru (one who dispels darkness), or even a modern online environment provided by a Self Mastery school such as Evolved Ministry, led by knowledgeable and skillful practitioners.

From personal experience, whenever I would lay down and listen to a theta brainwave track, after half an hour I would awake from what seems like the best nap ever. Many of the deepest cells in my body would buzz in joy and a sense of serenity accompany me throughout the rest of my day.
I listened to the theta brainwave tracks repeatedly, and when I would experiment without them, I found myself capable of entering a theta brainwave on my own, and also recognize the sensation of the specific oscillation in my head. Additionally, I would be able to maintain a wakeful presence, rather than slip into unconsciousness.
The picture to the right is an EEG graph of the brain in a normal waking state and the brain after listening to a brain entrainment. It took 15 minutes for the external stimuli, the theta track, to guide the agitated and anxious individual into a calm and relaxed state of being.
When it comes to physical nourishment from meditation and trance states, I can only cite my personal experiences and maybe even mention testimonials from friends.
As a Self Mastery practitioner in the university I had mentioned a few times in this article, I self initiate training days, where I go outside to nature with a windmill and use techniques in my possession to clear the mind from the distractions of the ego and connect into the universal mainframe. In both instances, I didn’t have a feeling of hunger. The only substance I ingested was water, which by itself can greatly aid in my hydration and the cleansing of the bloodstream from poisons. Dehydration can stress the brain and the function of organs, leading to drought management mechanisms that block nourishment to local areas. It is crucial to never mistake thirst for hunger.
Friends of mine, who are body workers, energy healers and massage therapists, seem to be adjusted to a small intake of food per day. When I shared with them this perspective of nourishment, they seem to relate to it easily. The conclusion from talking to them, was that whenever we are in-tune deeply with an energetic and spiritual service to another, our spirit nourishes off that state of being.
Though, what is that state of being?
In her book, Divine Nutrition, Jasmuheen shares one of the sources of nourishment we are all familiar with, on one level or another:
The Food of Love: This food nourishes our emotional body and often comes from contact with a one-on-one loving and tactile relationship – usually with a ‘mate’ or lover. Research has proven that babies who are fed and also cuddled a lot gain weight quicker than babies who are fed the same food but cuddled and held less.
A more non-conventional source of the food of Love is unconditional love. I call it non-conventional as the ability to love unconditionally in one-on-one human relationships is rare yet unconditional love provides the most nourishing food of all. Most people find it easier to love their pets or friends unconditionally than their family or life-partner. Lack of unconditional love means that our unfulfilled expectations and judgments can create dis-ease and block the Divine Nutrition flow. [page 41]
This state of being, which apparently slows down our brainwaves to a theta brainwave, can be accessed via unconditional love. In such a state, we are connected to our environment in a more harmonious way; coincidences no longer seem to be random and events take on a deeper spiritual meaning than they had before.
When one ascends to a high spiritual experience, one returns with gifts. There is always the descent back to earth, since there is where the earthly body awaits consciousness to animate it. The translation of your experiences into wisdom are your gifts, and with them you can brighten another person or animal’s day.
The subject on the truth of nourishment was further challenged by Hilton Hotema’s book – Man’s Higher Consciousness – which poses this question:
“How does the body truly sustain itself? If atoms don’t eat, molecules don’t eat and cells don’t eat. Why does man insist on eating?”
The answer to that lays within the realm of stimulus and response. I suppose, if you were to seek your stimuli from an external source, you will mistaken it for your source of nourishment, until such a time that you discover the Zen of Life and adopt a diet of unconditional love.
Cleansing the body, and its consequent effect on the mind, cannot be overlooked. The road to breatharianism, which is considered the Evolved state of Man, has to be taken in steps. One must transition gradually from one type of diet to a cleaner one, since the withdrawal symptoms may be unpleasant.

Your sources of nourishment are limitless, as they provide only the stimulus. It may be the space that exists between the stimuli and your response that you find the power to choose, and in that choice you have your freedom.

All living organisms on the lower rungs of evolution eat materials and expel wastes – byproducts. Mankind lives within an animated organism. One of which is bound to the laws of karma – action and reaction – whereas, if you eat, your body will have to digest and eliminate.
A few of your organelles inside your cells have been identified as bacteria, who gathered favorably together to form tribal life of mutual and beneficial trade amongst each other. Their symbiotic relationship happened to elicit an evolutionary benefit, one that ended up with the erection of city walls – a membrane – from which the governor of the city, i.e. cellular consciousness, can direct traffic and respond to environmental stimulus for the benefit of coordinated multicellular expressions.
From epigenetic research we now know that substance and food causes buttons to be pushed on the cell membrane, which in turn stimulate gene behavioral changes. The nucleus was once thought to be the brain, but it is now viewed as the gonads of the cell, as you can remove it from the cell and the cell remains alive. The brain is actually the membrane – mem-brain – which received stimulus from either the inside or outside of the cell, and then transmits a cascade pathway that switches genes on and off.
It is well known that certain types of substances can cause an organism to advance towards it to consume it, or express the contrary and stay away from the substance, as well as take steps to protect itself from the nature of that substance.
Some substances can cause an acid environment, like the crystalline form of sugar (pure glucose), which is the most acid forming substance consumed today (grains and starches come next). When a living organism, which operates in a slightly alkaline environment, is exposed to a drastic change in the environment, as much as a toxic shift in the acid direction, the organism’s membrane delivers a cascading message to turn off the “growth and healing mode” in favor of the “protection mode“, also known as “The inflammatory response”.
Free roaming bacterial populations are the first to come in contact with ingested substances. They have the capacity to create digesting enzymes, since they desire the utilization of raw materials, and they expel byproducts.
When free roaming bacteria digest a substance, it requires the utilization of complementary nutrients like water and minerals, in order to effectively break apart the atomic bonds between macro-nutrients (starches, fats and proteins).
Since nature stores single sugars as long chains of sugars, aka starches, when the need arises to utilize the sugars for energy purposes, which is bounded in an unavailable form as a starch, the bacteria and cells release digestive enzymes that quicken the breakdown of the bonds. In the process, gases are released as the sugars become available as a single molecule.
We know that the gut will not allow starches into the bloodstream, only simple sugars, so this step is always necessary for sugar to become available.
Not only does the environment in the intestines become highly acidic from the sugars, but the released gases causes pressure and symptoms of bloating. Stress on cells, whether from the acidic factor or gases, switches many cellular and bacterial growth modes into protection mode. This slows down digestion, absorption, and last but not least… the effectiveness of elimination (detoxification).
The Difference between
Aerobic and Anaerobic
Respiration is the active transportation and transmutation of chemicals within a living unit. Such that energy, a desired byproduct, is created, and with it the organism is able to produce movement.
An animal cell, such as the human’s cell, thrives in the presence of Oxygen. The process of cellular respiration, that utilizes Oxygen in a cascade of energy production mechanisms, is called Aerobic Respiration.
In the absence of Oxygen, cells switch to a less efficient mode of respiration called “Anaerobic Respiration”. It is less efficient, since the quantity of energy units – ATP – that is created, is drastically reduced (from 36 ATPs to 2 ATPs).
Taking a look at the illustration; in the absence of oxygen, energy is only created at the stage of Glycolysis. If Oxygen is present, the by product of glycolysis (Pyruvic acid) will enter the Mitochondria. In the absence of Oxygen, the by-products of glycolysis are recycled and fermentation results.
The process of Anaerobic Respiration, in the absence of Oxygen, is also known as Fermentation. The by product of Anaerobic Respiration is Carbon Dioxide, a gas, and Lactic Acid (if it builds up after an exercise, it give the sensation of sore muscles).
Traditionally all foods man ate were raw or processed by fermentation. The processing seen in the western lifestyle has neglected the wisdom of our ancestors, which took careful measures in processing grains, legumes and vegetables into forms of food considered “pre-digested by bacteria”, also known as Fermented Food.
Man’s neglect of this wisdom was caused by the invention of a technological preservation device – the Refrigerator. Prior to these Fridges, man would let his food dry out or let sit and ferment in a brine, so food would be available to him during the winter times, when the earth is too cold and conditions wouldn’t allow food to grow in large amounts.
It is a factor, that digestion is only accomplished by microbial consumption of raw materials. Their byproducts – the building blocks of the raw materials. Like the egg yolk, which has no proteins, but rather has the building blocks of proteins – Amino Acids – is so freely bioavailable for absorption by the absorption cells in the digestive tract, that no extra digestive energy is required for processing it.
Imagine how wonderful it is to relieve the digestive tract from such high energy demands. The leading cause for delayed healing and recovery from injury and illnesses is exactly that, hardly no recovery time. Rest is imperative for healing, and when you allow the gut to rest, instead of consuming 60% of the energy in the body for digestion, it can utilize less and the organism directs the growth and repair to brain cells, lungs cells, and every other cell in the body that is screaming with pain signals of attention.
External fermentation, like fermenting a Cabbage to make Sauerkraut, is a delicacy that not only delivers bacterial populations, but also frees the vitamin C from the tough to digest plant cell, and makes many of the plant structure available as building blocks. When that hits the small intestines… walla! fast absorbing nutrients to nourish the residential microbial and cellular populations.
When the first line of cells are happy with the environment created by the fermented foods, the growth mode remains on and thus the gates are wide open for deeper layers of tissues and organs to receive a refreshing flood of nutrients.
External fermentation complements the organism, by pre-digesting raw materials and making many large materials available in their building block form. This also releases gases, but at least not inside a confined space like the intestines and colon, thus preventing the buildup of gaseous pressures within the bloodstream, that can otherwise lead to gases being locked up inside cells (see The Blood Gas Theory).
Traditionally, we used bacteria and yeasts to digest gluten in the production of sourdough bread. This breaks down the gluten protein, bit by bit, into available free-form amino acids. It is only our conventional methods practiced today that skip the wisdom of proper fermentation, and many people suffer from illnesses due to gluten toxicity. Proper leavening of bread from a whole grain neutralizes the toxins and makes the B vitamins in the bran available for utilization by other organisms.
Digestion is a process leading to elimination. Raw materials are blocks to be mined, like a gold mine, which extracts the prize and eliminates the wastes. Taking steps to locate a gold mine results in less wastes and better yield from the energy utilization in the process of extraction. As goes with food choices, as you can certainly benefit from reducing gaseous wastes and toxins by employing physiologically complementing organisms, who can accomplish for you an initial processing to your food, that would otherwise be called to the intestines during internal digestion, in order to mitigate the heaviness of the meal.

When it comes to learning about brains, and in particular brain waves, people often tend to lose interest in the information regarding the subject. Good thing this isn’t going to be an article about our brain, but fortunately for you it will give you tremendous comprehension on the metaphysical nourishment obtained from accessing altered states of consciousness.
If you have consumed cannabis you have certainly experienced, while under the influence, an altered state of consciousness . If you had tried the amazonian brew Ayahuasca or the psychedelic mushroom psilocybin, then you had taken further exploration into your basic and natural capacity of accessing and experiencing altered states of consciousness.
People have been using these organic and spirit-filled plants for thousands of years to naturally induce a change in perception. Its ingestion produces a breakdown of mental and emotional barriers, whereby it provides conditions for one to strengthen their innate spiritual connectedness to all. It appears that many people turn towards psychedelic experiences, brought upon by such unique substances, as a method of obtaining a glimpse at spiritual phenomena that is otherwise difficult to earn on their own. Through it much wisdom can be gained that may help one learn how to be a better person and treat others kindly. Unfortunately, these plants only give you snippets of what you are capable of reproducing on your own, and so they only serve as a tool.
The underlying effect these plants induce is a tuning of your sense of spacial perception by slowing down the vibrations of your brain waves. Like attracts like, and so, if you are in a beta brain wave you will experience the equivalent lifestyle. The moment you improve your lifestyle, your brain wave pattern changes.
Found in Jasmuheen’s book “Divine Nutrition: The Food of Gods” is an illuminating description of divine nourishment by learning what the different brain waves are, and what techniques can aid in adjusting yourself to nourish off of a Theta – Delta lifestyle. She is a Breatharian, which means she has given up consumption of material food and liquid. Instead, she lives solely on nourishment produced by love and light that are accessible through the Theta – Delta wave lifestyle. Society, what a busy model it represents in the 21st century. Fortunately, describing the Beta brain wave is easy as plenty of us have or even still experience it. This is a brain wave pattern of 30 to 14 cycles per second and those who operate in its zone experience poverty, violence, social injustice, emotional highs and emotional lows, and is generally a field of man-made, self inflicted chaos.
This brain wave pattern – Beta field – is promoted by TV, social networking like Facebook, institutionalized schools and government policies. It is where victim consciousness thrives, traumas are created and stored without proper healing and release, and our basic struggle for survival suffocates our passion for life.
“The Alpha brain wave, is a field that beats at 13 to 8 cycles per second. The Alpha field reveals the Zen of Life, allowing us down time, to chill out and re-set the direction of our life, to assess the imbalances and re-address them hopefully for the good of all. Time in the Alpha zone improves our health and happiness levels and is step one in the direct and conscious feeding of our soul.”
Theta and Delta brain waves are deeper wave patterns that will be touched upon in a sequel to this article. Taking steps, in first getting familiar with the Alpha field by learning to access it regularly will eventually lead to natural Theta – Delta access.

As far as I understand, and in my honest opinion, moving from the Beta field to Alpha field, and consequently satisfying a fragment of our hunger, is solely up to the attitude we choose to hold at this present moment.
When we are in the Beta field we hunger for everything. We hunger for success in the business world, we hunger for acceptance in society, we hunger for appreciation by friends and family. We hunger to fill up this void inside of us that is not physical but rather a hunger of the spirit.
It is a hunger for Wholeness and Union. The action itself, of placing food inside our body is an unconscious act of attempting to attain union with the material in our possession. It is just like that saying a lover would say to its partner “I love you so much, I just want to eat you up!”.
Have you felt content in your life? That same sensation that all life is simple and the first thing you choose to do is go out on a journey in search of a stream and marvel at nature and study the living forest of life?
An attitude like that sheds a hefty amount of baggage off your shoulders and back; has you feeling like walking barefoot from now on and forever, as the feeling of earth nourishes your feet.

I believe enough has been said and described pertaining the Beta field, Alpha field and how to improve your lifestyle by satisfying basic inner hungers. It begins with tuning inwards and asking questions, like: “Who am I? Where am I going in life? What am I? how do I improve my communication with my spirit?” Questions like those help access Alpha field nourishment, though it is when you start accessing Theta – Delta fields that you receive answers and soul satiety.

Tune in to a presentation taking you step-by-step, concept-by-concept, building up and connecting some interesting dots between the appearance of bacterial organisms inside our cells, who enjoy a symbiotic relationship within it, as well as how certain types of oils affect the performance of these microbes within our cells. This piece includes a video of a presentation I had done.
Occasionally repeats itself the contemplation of our biological identity we call human, which is reflected by science as entirely ecological in nature. Human evolution, as classical mechanics describes it, is evolution of an organism irrespective of the theory that all the environment participates in its evolution.
Is it possible that animals adapted to the govern of man, at the pace man changed his way?
Is a farm animal, like a cow, the product of co-evolution, i.e mutual evolution? In which, instead of the cows imprisonment to serve man, it found that it had a huge advantage and chance of survival and to enjoy a long life, as long as it devotes itself to a symbiotic life alongside humans?
Something similar can be distinguished from man’s relationship with corn. Author of “Omnivore’s Dilemma”, Michael Pollan describes the early periods of human evolution alongside this grain. The writer describes the relationship as if the corn has evolved to the status where it depends on human interference, otherwise the grain will become extinct. The relationship is a bit strange, because any species in nature that relies on an external factor for its survival is considered a parasite. The seeds of corn are so crowded it requires human hands to separate them and to sow them individually. This made Man a slave of the soil, when he took it upon himself the lore of growing grains – a task that requires his loyalty and devotion to corn, otherwise man finds himself foraging and hunting as his ancestors have down prior to adopting the preservation of the corn.
Symbiotic life is reflected through an intelligent template, whose roots can be seen in cellular evolution and even the evolution of the molecule. How come does an atom require 8 electrons in order to be stable? And why are bacteria found inside and outside the cell?
The intelligent design is built on cosmic wisdom, based on communication between elements, and as a result, formation of a community. Resource sharing enabled bacteria to develop into a status, by which they finally demarcated the tribe with a membrane and started to develop communication between tribes in order to produce a larger entity – a multicellular organism. The cell’s membrane walls are its sensory organ, and through it is able to detect changes outside the cell and choose the materials entering its domain. It is like the skin of a multicellular organism, which is full of receptors that are communicating sensations of the environment to its consciousness.
The first membrane of a cell is a leap in evolution for a biological entity, such as the skin of a large multicellular entity is another leap. I wonder if communities of people can form the next leap in evolution, another membrane.
What interested me was the ratio of bacteria to cells in the human body. It’s amazing to think that there are 10 times more bacteria than cells. But what struck me even more was the thought that we humans are bacterial in nature! Not only do we have bacteria inside the cell, but we have bacteria outside the cell. Not only do we have a tribe or city of bacteria (cell), but we have farms outside of it (probiotic bacteria). The biological pattern raises all sorts of insights, that develop a relationship between ecology and sustainability.
I’m not saying that every cell has 10 bacteria (even though the ratio indicates such a situation), but the pattern, which implies dedicating about 10 farms to each city can provide her with all her needs, and is essentially a biological imitation and evolutionary solution.
Existence of bacteria on the body’s surfaces provides interaction with substances in the environment. About 29% of the ecological population is in the intestines, and 26% in the mouth. Together, the internal environment of the body is coated with more than half the ecosystem. This is very important because they are the first line of digestion. Like turning food scraps into compost depends on digestion by bacteria and other minuscule organisms, and as the root of each plant depend on bacteria to transform materials into nourishment (with higher bio-availability), so are the roots of our digestive system require probiotic population to convert materials (fruit, vegetables, etc.) into nutrients, with a higher bio-availability.
Without appropriate bacterial communities, the bio-availability of food decreases and with it the quality of digestion by intestinal cells.
The question is, are you a pro-biotic being(for – life), a beneficial entity? or an opportunistic entity (tending towards a pathogenic expression)? Will you really take antibiotics, now that you know that it actually launches an attack against the biological foundation of your body? Would you really consume sugar, thereby fermenting the body, or use sugar to ferment external probiotic bacteria (like fermenting Kombucha)?
The human drive for a life of connection, sharing and community was in our bodies blueprint all along. Creation’s governance has an important lesson to teach each entity that has reached maturity. The human body is considered a tool of expression of a higher intelligence, and it is a great honor to pursue Self Mastery and evolve onto the next expression. Family is a higher expression of a communal pattern, but to make it work, one has to develop his talents and tools that provide resources and metabolism with a higher spiritual-availability.
Take care of your bacterial nature, and it will take care of you.

Scientific literature describes with great detail an involvement of B12, B9 and Vitamin D deficiencies, as well as, an impact of sugar consumption on our body’s healing mechanism. You can get twice the calories per gram from fat than you can from proteins and carbohydrates. Each cell in our body has a membrane that is composed 50% of fatty acids and cholesterol, which give it all its wonderful attributes. A grand design that is certainly built upon natural selection, and heck, it worked for millions of years. Now, interestingly, humans are consuming food that numbs their brain and so they neglect to appreciate and look back at how their ancestors maintained perfect health for hundreds of thousands of years, even in the face of ice ages.
Prior to World War 2 it has been established in the medical community that Grains, Legumes, Milk and Sugar causes obesity, and to lose weight your doctor would advise you to refrain from all of these foods. Prior to the advent of agriculture, approximately 12,000 years ago, human beings were eating lean meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, roots, nuts and seeds, seasonally and fresh (plus everything was organic). What happened post WW2 that changed this established guidelines completely?
